Small, rustic log cabin right on Tims Ford Lake just outside Winchester, Tennessee. Very secluded with private lake access and dock. Great sports lake includes fishing, skiing, boating, etc.
Wonderful place to relax. Lots of antique shops and other attractions nearby: 25 miles to Jack Daniels in Lynchburg, TN; 15 miles from Falls Mill with the largest working water wheel in United States; Mountains nearby for hiking; 16 miles to Sewanee, home of the beautiful University of the South. Approximately 60 miles to Chattanooga; 90 miles from Nashville, 65 miles to Huntsville, AL and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
This cabin is small, but cozy and comfortable, and is located on Tims Ford
Lake in middle Tennessee, just outside the town of Winchester. It sits at the
edge of the lake, surrounded by 4 wooded acres, with its own dock in a private
and quiet residential area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one
queen bed; one double) and one bath. All linens are provided. There is an
outdoor fire pit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. There's a nice deck
with a porch swing, and another swing down by the lake. You'll find picnic
tables and a charcoal grill for your convenience. There is plenty of shade and
it's very peaceful. There are games and rainy day activities for children, as
well as an outdoor swing set and sandbox.
Rates
May through October $90 per night
November through April $75 per night
2 night minimum; 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
$100 deposit required at time of booking
We are sorry we are not able to accept credit cards,
but we do accept money orders or checks.
Bookings must be made at least 2 week in advance
Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free
